Chloe Kemp, Holly Willing and Tom Burford of Newton Abbot swimming club,  competed in the ASA SW Open Water champinships, held in the sea off Weymouth Beach on 8 July.  Chloe aged 11 and Holly, 13,  took part in the 1.5 km race, and finished 8th and 10th respectively. Tom (aged 15) finished 5th in the 15-18 years 3 km race. 

 

Following this excellent result,  Holly has been invited to compete for the Devon Open Water Team at Holme Pierrepoint National Water Sports Centre Nottingham in August
