Please would all swimmers ensure they are on poolside 3 minutes before the session start time.

Swimmers are expected on poolside 3 minutes before training session commences. If you arrive late, without good reason, or on a regular basis, you will not be allowed to swim.

Sunday

• 5.00-6.30pm Learn to Swim Lessons
• 6.30-7.30pm Junior Squad Training
• 7.30-9.00pm Senior Squad Training

Monday

From May - August

• 6.30-7.30pm Junior Squad Training
• 7.30-8.30pm Senior Squad Training

From September - April

• 7.30-8.30pm Junior Squad Training
• 8.30-9.30pm Senior Squad Training

Tuesday

• 7.00 - 8.30pm All squads

Wednesday

• 7.15 - 8.45pm Water Polo Training at Lympstone Winter months only)

Thursday

• 6.15 - 8.00am All squads)

Friday

From May - August

• 5.00pm – 7.00pm (2 hours) All Squads

From September - April

• 5.00pm – 6.00pm (1 hour only) All Squads

Saturday

• 6.15 - 8.15am Senior Squad Training
• 7.15 - 8.15am Junior Squad Training
• Water Polo training at NALC 5.00-6.00pm

Wednesday & Friday -  Evenings in summer only
